            Definition of the Cosmos and the relation between the material and the energy

            There is already hundred years when Albert Einstein in 1905.year defined Theory relativity- relation between matter i energy - by relation E = mc2. From scientifically world is accepted that matter can be translated in energy and energy in to mater – noun in science like dematerialization and materialization in the Cosmos. But, besides that, in the  school textbooks rested dogmatic definition of the matter and the energy.
            In one of newest respectable books “General chemistry” in 2004year, edited in Grate Brittany, exists yet that to chemical reaction “There is no observable change in the quantity of matter during a chemical reaction or during a physical change”. What means “observable”? There is or there is not? Is it about that in actual conditions, we can not “on the balance” measure that material change – no material change? Way we it balanced by energetically value observable value? Similarly is sad and for energy: “Energy cannot be created or destroyed in a chemical reaction or in a physical change. It can only be converted from one form to another”. Witch is “another form” conversation of energy? Thet are non appropriate and non pedagogical definition. Like general conclusion is give: “The combined amount of matter and energy in the Universe is fixed”, what is a god definition.
            The base non principle, in definitions till now, is seen in non principle definition of the Cosmos, and like a consequence, is visible non principle definition of the relation of matter and energy. For the chemistry regular definition of the Cosmos is of crucial mining.
To be defined Cosmos, disregarding to our possibilities and capability to do it to the end, it is necessary to definite three axiomic absolutums – absolutum of existence absolutum of movement and absolutum of changing. All other notions are derivate from that three. Only for the Cosmos it is possible conclude that – Cosmos cannot be created or destroyed. About huge non homogeneity, Cosmos is in permanent changes – from absolute matter – AMA  to absolute energy – ABEN, non catch up no one extreme. If any extreme would be catch up, Cosmos can be or “frosted” or “exploded” and despaired. Are there possibilities are real?
Permanent changes in Cosmos are valuables how to matter so to energy. Really – can’t be material changes, and so no chemical and physical changes without energetic like energetic without materiel, then matter swim in the non limited ocean of energy. In this changes are created chemical elements, which do basic building material of material part of the Cosmos. In this changes is created and men, thru hum Cosmos, in witch man exist, become conscious oneself for domain man’s knowledge. In the Cosmos all things happen spontaneously, incidentally and i catastrophically. Only man in one part of the Cosmos – Nature, can consciously to create and to destroy. The rule cosmic the base have to be that the enormous destroys itself and ultra fine are agglomerating itself.

Structure of the Cosmos must be non limited   “alveolar”. If Cosmos would have limitation, then,   behind of the Cosmos can be “nothingness”. If it exists, all could expire in only one moment. Is it possible that “nothingness” behind the highest level of energy in the Cosmos? All Cosmos do total Cosmos – TOKOS. When we speak about Cosmos, it needs always to think to Tokos. We are, probably, found myself I one of   alveolus of Cosmos – local Cosmos – LOKOS.  Man’s surroundings need, like actually -  NATURE. It is probably that Nature is created in one of catastrophic changes during a of clashes of two or more - AMA.
If man, during its existence in Lokos, succeeded to get knowledge’s and out it, it science today can’t feel a premonition, to regard that we are very far and of extremely knowledge’s about ourselves Lokos, and so Nature, witch surrounds us.
Considerably that in Lokos exists much far of the matter then energy, when the greatest part of matter transmit in energy, in Lokos can be much more of energy and than Lokos probably could explode, what is not excluded for our or neighboring alveoli in Cosmos. By logic, the alveolus could “swallow” itch other.     

If would be accepted previous definitions of Cosmos, then news definitions about matter and energy could:
Matter is the part of Nature witch it gives the form and has permanent tendencies to be condensate. Chemical changes are the base of existence of materiel world. The frontier between matter and energy is the atom, being that subatomic particles not create    forms, also not are never in relative state of rest. It need to accept that when subatomic particle leave atom, not consider it like matter. Otherwise, investigation of materiel particles can go in non imitation, what can to stay only like scientific undertaking. Out of the atom need to be the forms of the energy, witch is more rational and practical for demonstration and operations. Is the light corpuscular nature or not?
Energy starting device of Nature and it has spontaneous tendency for expansion. Also the matter is potential form of the energy, like the energy is potential form of the matter.
Total sum of matter and energy is constant.
Biosphere is juncture of matter and energy. Matter gives to biosphere the form and energy manifestation of the life.

Next absurd is linked to term “black howls”, to witch matter converge, to be converted from energy in matter. This term absolutely need   replace with term   “absolute matter” – AMA, being it must be regarded like conditional term, regarding to definition of Cosmos. Term “black howls” in much languages associate (remained)   to pejorative mining that name, and for it reasons - that need do it.

Ozone’s howls and “effect of greenhouse”

Is calculated – how match cutting of the forests influence to controversial effect? Since the non balance of the blotters and sources of CO2, we can to verifier, which of them move the balance and why? If it could be should that not this factors also not decisive, then the reasons must be searched in influences of surrounding star’s area, thru we are moving. If exist explication for “Glacial periods”, why not exist explications for “Worm periods”? It is difficult to believe that actual industry can to have so strong effect. If, even, and so log rest this confirmation, then more believe, for mentioned effects, the science must fined resolutions in ram the news sources of energy and nanotechnologies.

Initial absurd to chemical changes is linked for electronic changes between atoms and molecules. Marking electrons like negative particle, and rest of the atom or molecule   like positive, is convention, but it is absurd. If electron, by actual regarding, is material nature, how than is possible that particle, witch lose one part of matter is marked like “positive”, and that particle like electron or that witch are accepted it be “negative”?  The change of polarity of particles not negate there antipode. Regarding to that it could be   dangers change, about understudied root and physical dangers, the same is not necessary in actual situation to change, but it is necessary to know that it is absurd.
 That what can’t more to stay; it is definition the oxide-reduction and valence.  It is not possible for scientifically and practical reasons.
We have oxide-reduction in following reaction:

Everyone of us must pose question to our self – where is hire oxide, regarding to genetic meaning of “oxide”?

If today we accept “cosmic strings”, in domain the energy, then for electron not convenient point nature, during cycling around nucleus, and specially about surrounding inside of matter. The most important reason for it is possibility there dividing in more fine particles correctly defined dimensions – like it is quarks. It take place in every moments.
The nature of electrons need be joint waved structure in ring round nucleus, contrary could not formed so complex structures or to do so dividing and recombination’s, witch are permanent present in matter. 
The electronic structures round nucleus must have structures of “the fold” (s-electron and electrons noble gases) and structures “the spool” (all others). The most possible that the electrons fold up in moment when they lived the nucleus.

Essence of the article is effort to get the explications notions in astronomy and chemistry, witch need to contribute better understudying of fundamental notions about Cosmos and relation between energy and matter on the more modern way.
The article also treat and the somewhat essentials understudying in chemistry in general and chemical influences in atmosphere, what has grate significant in actual events on planet.
